Before any money moves you get a signed contract and a bill of quantities that shows quantity times rate for every line, VAT itemised at 7.5 percent. The total splits into three stage payments.
You pay Stage 1 into our corporate account. That is your entire exposure. Not the project. Not the dream. One stage.
We build under discipline
Materials get inspected against a checklist before they touch your building. A daily site log records the workforce, the work done and every visitor.
If anyone asks for a change, it becomes a variation order stating the exact cost and time effect. Nothing happens until you sign it. The boys on site cannot touch your bill.
You verify before paying again
Fridays bring dated photos. Every second week brings a video walkthrough. When the stage completes, you receive the evidence file and join a live video inspection.
You sign off. Then, and only then, does the next stage begin. The cycle repeats to handover, where you receive a completion certificate, warranties and your full document archive.
